In 1989, the japanese manifacturer Komatsu bought part of the Hanomag, which was in a difficult situation.In 1995 they renamed the enterpriseHanomag Komatsu AG and until today they manifacture construction equipment in Hannover. However the loader are not branded Hanomag butKomatsu.
